Hello! I’m Eloy Rodríguez, therapeutic massage therapist, osteopath, and degree holder in Sports Science and Physical Activity. I have been fortunate to dedicate over 20 years to improving people’s quality of life through physical exercise and natural therapies, and I continue enjoying learning and training in what I’m passionate about.
From a global perspective, and through osteopathy, therapeutic massage, muscle energy techniques, reflexology and bioenergetic techniques. My goal is to design fully personalized sessions to improve your well-being and teach you how to care for yourself.

Yes, as long as it’s adapted to ensure your safety and the baby’s safety, and after consulting with the specialist managing your pregnancy.
We’ll meet, analyze your case, design your treatment and goals, all adapted and personalized to achieve the best results.
It’s not essential, but of course any information you provide will be very helpful in personalizing your treatment.
You can arrive at the scheduled time or up to 5 minutes early. Please respect this schedule to avoid unnecessary waits.
Joint manipulations: Specific movements are performed on the joints to improve their mobility and reduce tension. These may include high-velocity, short-amplitude techniques (thrust) or gentler, rhythmic movements.
Muscle energy techniques: These involve controlled muscle contraction and relaxation to release tension and restore balance.
Myofascial release: Pressure is applied to connective tissues (fascia) to release restrictions and improve mobility.
Visceral techniques: These focus on internal organs and their relationships with the rest of the body, using gentle mobilization techniques.
Cranial techniques: These are used to treat problems in the skull and the craniosacral system, seeking to restore function and balance.
Massage: Used to relieve muscle tension, improve circulation and promote relaxation.
Stretching: Performed to improve flexibility and mobility of muscles and joints.
Approximately 60 minutes.
In the hours following the session, it’s not recommended to do very intense activities. Let your body recover and help it by drinking plenty of water, taking a 30-45 minute walk (preferably through natural areas), and going to bed at an appropriate time to enjoy restorative rest.
During the following 48-72 hours, your body will be working to restore balance and recover its health, so you may experience physical symptoms that will be explained to you during the session, but they will always be part of an improvement process.
It’s not recommended to eat right before the session. It’s recommended to leave at least one or two hours since your last meal.
